The month of November each year is set aside to celebrate the Rich Heritage of African's, African-American's and those whom have made a significant contribution to the Black Catholic Church in the United States.
Did you know...
- There have been three Pope's of African Descent?
- Fr. Augustine Tolton was the first full blooded African-American Priest Ordained for the United States in 1886?
- You know the story of St. Benedict, but do you know the story of St. Benedict the Moor?
We have such a deep and rich heritage within the United States and we must continue to celebrate WHO we are as African-American (inclusive of those who belong to the A.A. Community, regardless of race and ethnicity) Catholic's and the significant contributions we have made to the Church.

The Year of St. Paul – June 28, 2008 – June 29, 2009
Qorban Ministries would like to announce that we have developed a series of talks, in keeping with the Holy Father’s decree of “The Pauline Year” (June 28, 2008 – June 29, 2009). These talks surrounding St. Paul’s Letter to the Ephesians, Galatians, Hebrews, Romans and the Philippians take an in depth look at the life of St. Paul during each period and how would he relate those writings to us in a modern context. Talks for the remaining letters of St. Paul have been completed.
